Any payments made to experience the services are non-refundable and non-transferable.
No refund for completed or partially completed services.
Service-related concerns must be reported on the same day or within 24 – 48 hours of the appointment so that we schedule the service correction accordingly.
Requests raised after this period may not be considered and will not be refunded.
Clients are responsible for informing the technician of any allergies, sensitivities or medical conditions before the service starts. VK Nail Bar Studio will not be liable for reactions if prior information was not disclosed.
Refunds are not applicable on promotional offers, discounted service, packages, vouchers or gift cards.
Advance payments are non-refundable. In case of genuine emergencies, the amount may be adjusted toward a future appointment, subject to management approval.
Package services are non-transferable and non-refundable.
In case if payment is failed and amount is debited then the amount is automatically reversed by your bank/payment gateway within 5-7 working days.
If case of refund approval, refund will be proceeded through the original mode of payment or bank transfer by the authority of VK Nail Bar Studio.
Due to technical issue, unavailability of staff or product, we might reschedule the appointment with your concern and availability.
VK Nail Bar Studio reserve the right to reject any refund and cancellation request.
Appointment can be cancelled or rescheduled before 24 hours prior to services
Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be treated as a no-show and may.
Repeated cancellations or no-shows may require advance payment for future bookings.
You are supposed to reach 5-10 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment to experience smooth service.
VK Nail Bar Studio reserve the right to make the final decision in all refund, correction and cancellation matters or reschedule the appointment any time and will inform the client prior accordingly.
