Refund Policy for Service
- Any payments made to experience the services are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- No refund for completed or partially completed services.
- Service-related concerns must be reported on the same day or within 24–48 hours of the appointment so that we schedule the service correction accordingly.
- Requests raised after this period may not be considered and will not be refunded.
- Clients are responsible for informing the technician of any allergies, sensitivities or medical conditions before the service starts.
- VK Nail Bar Studio will not be liable for reactions if prior information was not disclosed.
- Refunds are not applicable on promotional offers, discounted services, packages, vouchers or gift cards.
- Advance payments are non-refundable. In case of genuine emergencies, the amount may be adjusted toward a future appointment, subject to management approval.
- Package services are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- In case payment fails and the amount is debited, it will automatically be reversed by your bank/payment gateway within 5–7 working days.
- In case of refund approval, the refund will be processed through the original mode of payment or bank transfer authorized by VK Nail Bar Studio.
- Due to technical issues or unavailability of staff or products, appointments may be rescheduled based on your availability.
- VK Nail Bar Studio reserves the right to reject any refund or cancellation request.
Refund Policy for Products
At VK Nail Bar Studio, we take utmost care in packaging and delivering our professional gel polish products. Due to hygiene and cosmetic product safety standards, products once sold are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Returns, replacements or refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product received
- Missing product in the package
- Defective product received
To raise a return, replacement or refund request:
- Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Parcel unboxing video is mandatory for all product-related claims.
Customers must share:
- Order ID
- Images/videos of the product
- Images/videos of the outer packaging
- Invoice or order confirmation details
Without a proper unboxing video, claims regarding damaged, missing, defective or incorrect products may not be accepted.
Product Return Conditions
Products will not be eligible for return, replacement or refund under the following situations:
- Product has been opened, used or tested.
- Product gets damaged due to misuse, improper storage or overuse.
- Return request is raised after 48 hours of delivery.
- Product is returned without original packaging, labels, seals or accessories.
- Customer changes mind after purchase.
- Minor colour, shade or packaging variation due to screen settings or batch differences.
- Sale, discounted, promotional, clearance or combo products unless received damaged or incorrect.
- Certain professional-use products require proper application and storage. VK Nail Bar Studio shall not be responsible for issues caused by improper handling or application after delivery.
Cancellation Policy for Service
- Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled service.
- Failure to arrive without prior notice may be treated as a no-show.
- Repeated cancellations or no-shows may require advance payment for future bookings.
- Clients should arrive 5–10 minutes before the scheduled appointment for a smooth experience.
- VK Nail Bar Studio reserves the right to make the final decision regarding cancellations, corrections, rescheduling or service-related disputes.
Cancellation Policy for Products
- Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped or processed for dispatch.
- Customers may request cancellation within a limited time after placing the order by contacting customer support.
- Once packed or handed over to the courier partner, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
- If cancellation is approved before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
VK Nail Bar Studio reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or technical errors
- Suspicious transactions
- Incomplete payment
- Operational limitations
In such cases, customers will be informed and eligible refunds will be processed accordingly.
